OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before the first use
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface and the inside with a wet cloth for hygienic reasons. Wash all the
removable parts in warm water with a detergent, or in a dishwasher.
Then, heat the unit without food at maximum temperature for 20 minutes (see the Operating Instructions below).
It‘s possible that the unit will emit a slight smell and smoke, which should disappear after a while. Air the room
well during this process.
After connecting in the mains
1. After connecting the unit in the mains the display shows “0:00” and the “AUTO” symbol.
2. Press and hold the symbol for 3 seconds to activate the time of day setting mode. The symbol appears.
3. Press the “-” and “+” symbols repeatedly to set the time of day on the display. Setting the time of day is confirmed
by a beep.
Note:
If you need to adjust the time of day later, press the “-” and “+” symbols simultaneously and hold them for
3 seconds. Thus the time of day setting mode is activated.
Basic Functions of the Unit
1. Put the pan with food in the selected position height (numbered from the bottom) .
2. Push the temperature controller and baking function selector buttons to eject them.
3. Turn the baking function selector to select the required function.
4. Turn the temperature selector to set the required temperature value (0-250°C).
5. After the end of baking, switch off the unit by turning the temperature controller and baking function selector
to the “0” position. Residual heat of the oven can be used for heating or defrosting food.
Individual Functions of Baking
Symbol
Function description
Lighting of the internal space of the oven.
Heating of the oven by the upper and lower heater.
Put in the food only after pre-heating the oven to the set temperature. During baking open the door as rarely
as possible.
The heat provided by the upper and lower heaters is distributed by the fan. The air circulation makes an even
temperature in the entire space of the oven.
Note:
This function is also suitable for baking on two pans simultaneously, especially for food where the
same temperature on both sides of the pan is desirable (used for baking cakes). Pre-heating of the oven is not
necessary.
Heating of the oven by the lower heater only.
Note:
This function is suitable for the completion of baking foods which require a higher temperature from
below.
Small grill.
Note:
During baking open the door as rarely as possible. During grilling put the food in the highest possible
position.
