not involve great heat losses. The temperature is quickly compensated by the fan. The baking temperatures are lower
than those used in the standard baking mode (by 20 – 30°C for pastry and by 30 – 40° C for meat); the time of baking
is longer (by approx. 5 – 10 minutes). When baking small pastries in two pans, we recommend swapping the height
of both pans after 2/3 of the baking time or taking the pan that is ready sooner out earlier.

When grilling with the fan
it is not necessary to pre-heat the oven. Grill with the oven door closed. When grilling
this way set the thermostat as needed within the range from 50 to 200°C. The distance between the food and the grill
heater must correspond to the required results:
- smaller distance for a brown surface and underdone inside,
- bigger distance for thorough roasting of the food.
To collect the drippings, put a pan with a little water under the food.
Advanced Functions of Baking
a) Function of displaying the time of day during baking
During baking, press the button for setting the time of day (3). The time of day appears on the display for several seconds.
b) Countdown function
In the OFF status you can use the unit as a kitchen minute clock for counting down the set time.
1. Press the Programming Cooking Time (K) two times to activate the timer mode. The time is flashing. Use the Timer
decreasing Key (I) and Timer increasing Key (L) to set on the display the required hours
2. Press the Programming Cooking Time (K) again. Use the Timer decreasing Key (I) and Timer increasing Key (L) to set
on the display the required minutes
3. Confirm the settings by pressing the Programming Cooking Time (K). The symbol „:“ is flashing and oven starts baking
after 5 seconds.
4. To see the day time while baking press the O’clock(M)
5. After the set time of baking the oven is turned off and you will hear a beep 7 times. The display will show the current
day time.
c) Setting of the delayed start and end of baking
1. Press the Programming Cooking Time (K) two times to activate the timer mode. The time is flashing. Use the Timer
decreasing Key (I) and Timer increasing Key (L) to set on the display the required hours
2. Press the Programming Cooking Time (K) again. Use the Timer decreasing Key (I) and Timer increasing Key (L) to set
on the display the required minutes
3. Press the (K) two times to activate Programming Delay Cooking Time (N). Use the Timer decreasing Key (I) and Timer
increasing Key (L) to set on the display the required hours
4. Press the Programming Delay Cooking Time (N) again. Use the Timer decreasing Key (I) and Timer increasing Key (L)
to set on the display the required minutes
5. Confirm the settings by pressing the Programming Delay Cooking Time (N). The symbol „:“ is flashing and the oven will
start counting down. The time is counted down in minutes.
6. After the set-time of delay you will hear a grep and oven starts to bake.
7. After the set time of baking the oven is turned off and you will hear a beep 7 times. The display will showthe current
day time.
d) Cooling fan
The fan is located on the upper side of the oven and provides the circulation of cool air in the equipment. The fan
switches on automatically when the oven is switched on. When the oven is switched off, the cooling fan is deactivated
after about 15 minutes.
