ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Conair will repair or replace, at our option, your appliance free of charge for 12 months from the
date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service centre nearest
you, together with your sales slip and $7.50 for postage and handling. In the absence of a receipt,
the warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 12 MONTH DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONAIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHAT-
SOEVER.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
province to province.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING-
risk of electric shock - this pump is supplied with a grounding
conductor and grounding-type plug. To reduce risk of electric shock, be certain that it is con-
nected only to a properly grounded, grounding-type receptacle.
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a
path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is
equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug.The plug
must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance
with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER-
Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of
electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether
the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product - if it will not
fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for normal a 120v circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug il-
lustrated in sketch(Fig.1).
