Selection Description
Alarm
Causes an Alarm to be generated whenever the unit sees that:
a) External Reference is selected, and
b) There is no signal activity at the External Reference port.
No action, other than event logging, will occur.
Fault
Causes a Transmit Traffic fault to be generated whenever the unit sees that:
a) External Reference is selected, and
b) There is no signal activity at the External Reference port.
Mask No alarm or fault will be generated.
5.3.2 SELECT: Monitor
MONITOR: Faults Stored
Power Vltgs PS Temp FETs
The
Monitor
menus provide a collection of read-only status report screens, plus a management
menu for the viewing and handling of stored faults.
Typical for all displays, the screen will indicate “
FT
” when a fault condition exists for a specific
feature; otherwise, “
OK
” is indicated when no faults are detected.
From any menu, the user may press
ENTER
or
CLEAR
to return to the previous menu.
