5.3 Power Supply
Care should be exercised when removing
the unit from its shipping carton to avoid
any damage.
This unit requires the following
and clearances:
1)
The unit should be in a relatively clean,
debris free, dry shelter out of the
elements with an ambient temperature
o f
b e t w e e n
( 3 5 ° F
-
2 ° C )
a n d
(113°F - 45°C).
2) An appropriate power supply.
3) We recommend a minimum clearance of
4 ft (1.22 m) in front of the unit. On w a l l
mount units we recommend 1 ft (305
mm) on both sides top and bottom.
4)
Unit is to be mounted to a wall or
suitable structure in such a way as to
provide adequate support and stability.

MAKO units are completely wired.
It is,
however, necessary to have a locally licensed
qualified electrician install the appropriate
power supply in accordance with local code.
Important!
5.4 Wall Mount Installation
1) Locate an appropriate area for mounting
the CMM unit and secure as noted in
section 5.2 Machine Location.
2) Connect
wall
mount
air
inlet
with
compressor outlet.
If necessary, adjust
regulators as noted below.
The wiring harness consists of 4 wires.
Two
wires connect to the hour meter that will
provide a signal to the CMM indicating the
compressor is running. It is important to select
the proper voltage to the wall mount system.
A relay is installed in the unit that energizes
when the hour meter is supplied with voltage.
The other two wires are the permissive circuit
that must be installed correctly for the
compressor system to shut down when a fault
condition is met.
Entrance to the compressor controls can be
made from several different locations.
The
wall mount harness can be either run from the
bottom or top of your machine, keep in mind to
run the
wire
away from the compressor or
other heat sources.
(Global Style Units)
Important!
Prior to operating wall mount units ensure
compressor control voltage matches the
unit’s order.
