Individual messages
For the several call types (conversation, call and emergency call) and for each station to or from which
a call is set up, additional information can be put out. For the so-called individual messages, the follow-
ing applies:
Individual messages are put out at the corresponding point of time (e.g. at start up of a conversation)
at the telephone (
see also “Examples for the call procedure” on page 12
Individual messages can be configured for the

Individual messages are composed out of single WAV files (e.g. “Conversation to...”, “one”, “zero”
or “five”; each word under quotation marks is a single WAV file;
see “Standard speech messages”
).

Click on
Individual messages
. A dialogue appears.
Right-click on the blank area and select the option “Add message” for each desired individual mes-
sage.
In the field
Call number
, enter the call number of the Intercom station to or from which the call is
initiated. If the message shall be valid for all Intercom stations, enter “*”.
In the drop-down list
Call Type
, select the event or the type of the respective call (e.g. “Conversation
started” or “Call 1 (Normal call)”).
Activate the checkbox
Call no. announcement activated
if the call number of the calling Intercom
station shall be announced after the respective message (e.g. “two, one, five“).
In the drop-down list
Retries
, select if the message shall be played once, twice or is repeated until
“*” is pressed at the telephone or the respective call request is taken over with “#”. Options: “only
1 time“, “2 times“ or “until finished“.
In the field
Message number
, enter the corresponding number (resp. ID) of the speech storage mes-
sage to be put out (
see “Standard speech messages” on page 17
).
Click on
Accept

NOTE: Hexadecimal numbers
The announcement of the call number for hexadecimal numbers is not possible. That is if hexadecimal
input numbers are use for input messages, for example, these hexadecimal digits will not be
announced.
