User Guide for the ESSENTIALS DESK T41P IP Phone

CMDR_Commander Phone T41P User Guide_GD_42095

Incoming calls will be rejected automatically and "n Missed Call(s)" ("n" indicates
the number of the missed calls) will prompt on the LCD screen.

Press the DND soft key when the phone is idle.

The LCD screen displays a list of accounts registered on the phone.

Press or to select the desired account and then press the Enter soft key.

Press or , or the Switch soft key to select Enable from the DND Enables
field.

Press the Save soft key to accept the change.

The icon appears on the idle screen, and the associated line icon changes
to .

Incoming calls on the specific line will be rejected automatically, and the LCD
screen prompts "n Missed Call(s)" ("n" indicates the number of the missed calls).

Press the DND soft key when the phone is idle.

The LCD screen displays a list of accounts registered on the phone.

Press the All On soft key to activate DND for all accounts.

Press the Save soft key to accept the change.
