Faults and remedies

Switch off the unit immediately and contact your dealer if any of the following problems
occur:

The fuse has blown.

Foreign material enters the device.

The power supply unit or the power cord heats up.

A smell of smoke or fire is noticeable.
Do not open the device without authorized service personnel. However, you can
check the following causes of malfunction yourself:
The device cannot be switched on:

Is the power supply plugged in correctly?

Is the fuse blown or no voltage at the socket?

Was the power button pressed?
The air flow at the outlet is lower:

Is the filter too dirty or clogged?

Has a small fan speed been selected?

Has the filter been unpacked?

Has sufficient clearance to all sides and upwards been maintained?
The device is disproportionately loud:

Is the device standing on an uneven surface?

Is the filter too dirty or clogged?
The device emits an unpleasant/unusual odor:

Is the device used in rooms with high humidity or was the filter wet?
The cleaning line of the air purifier is too short:

Is the filter too dirty or clogged?

Was a too small fan stage selected?

Has the filter been unpacked?

Are the air inlets or outlets blocked?

Has the filter element been inserted correctly?

Is the device operated in a room that is too large?
