RESPONSIBILITY
AEROTECNICA COLTRI SpA considers itself exonerated from any
responsibility or obligation regarding injury or damage caused by:
- failure to observe the instructions contained in this manual that
concern the running, use and maintenance of the regulator;
- violent actions or incorrect manoeuvres during use or maintenance of
the regulator;
- modifications made to the regulator without prior written authorisation
from AEROTECNICA COLTRI SpA;
- incidents beyond the scope of routine, proper use of the regulator.
In any case, should the user impute the incident to a defect of the
regulator, he/she must demonstrate that the damage has been a major
and direct consequence of this “defect”.
WARNING: Maintenance and repairs must only be carried out
using original spare parts. AEROTECNICA COLTRI SpA cannot be
held liable for any damages caused by failure to observe this rule.
The regulator is guaranteed as per the contractual agreements
made at the time of sale.
Failure to observe the regulations and instructions for use
contained in this manual shall render the warranty null and void.
