Instructions for using channels 5 and 6 with Color Fading and Color Macros
Channel 5 has 2 basic functions depending on how the other channels are set.
1.
Strobe Speed: When channels 1-3 are set to a value between 1-255 channel 5 will control strobing
speed. This is also the case with channel 4 when it is set to a value between 8-255. However, any
value between 8-255 set for channel 4 will override any value set for channels 1-3. (For example, if
channel 2 is set to a value of 55 and channel 4 is set to a value of 100, the unit will use the channel
4 setting of 100 and ignore the channel 2 setting of 55.)
2.
Color Fading/Jump Speed and Sound: When channel 6 is set to a value between 32-223 channel 5
will function as a speed control for Color Fading or Color Jumping. When channel 6 is set to a value
of 224-255 channel 5 will function as the Sound Sensitivity setting. Any value set for channel 6
between 32-255 will override any value settings for channels 1-4. (For example, if channel 4 is set
to a value of 40 and channel 6 is set to a value of 150, the unit will use the channel 6 setting of 150
for RGB Color Jumping and ignore the channel 4 setting of 40.)
