8. Place the meat onto the hopper plate.
9. Start the motor by pressing [ ON/OFF ].
10. Push the meat down into the housing using the food pusher.
11. If necessary, reverse the motor like this: First press [ ON/OFF ] to switch the motor
off, then press [ REV ] to reverse the motor.
12. Press [ ON/OFF ] to switch the motor on again and resume mincing.
Making sausages
1. Fit the feed screw into the housing.
2. Place the separator onto
the square shank of the feed screw.
Note:
The notch in the separator
must fit into the protrusion on
the housing.
3. Place the sausage funnel onto
the separator.
4. Screw the locking ring onto
the housing, but do not tighten
it completely.
5. Insert the rear end of the housing
into the motor unit with the feed
opening slightly tilted to
the right (one o’clock position).
Twist the housing anticlockwise,
so that the feed opening is vertical
(12 o’clock) and the [
] locks
the housing in place.
6. Tighten the locking ring.
7. Fit the hopper plate onto the housing.
8. Place all the ingredients onto the hopper plate.
9. Soak the sausage skin in warm water for about 10 minutes. Once soaked,
slide the sausage skin onto the funnel.
10. Start the motor by pressing [ ON/OFF ].
11. Carefully feed the sausage meat into the housing using the food pusher.
If the sausage skin sticks to the funnel, wet it with some warm water.
