e. Using the heat control knob scroll through the menu to select the brightness icon 

option

f.  Click down on the heat control knob to enter brightness set-up.  The default setting 

is 5, with a scale of 1 to 10 with the brightest level being level 10 and the darkest 

level 1

g. Click once to enter brightness adjustment (box appears around the number)

h. Scroll through the brightness level options and select the desired brightness level, 

click once to select this level (in this example Level 7)
