4.2 BLACKOUT
Blackout is under CPU control in any Pasteurization cycle.
In particular, if the machine was in:
- Stop or Beating, on power return, it will return to Stop position.
- Pasteurization Heating (65°C - 85°C - 90°C): on power return, the mahcine will return to
Heating and will set the stored set value.
- Pasteurization Cooling and unreached Cooling set (4°C): on power return, the machine will
set back at Cooling.
- Pasteurization Cooling and Cooling set reached (4°C) and TEV > 15°C: on power return,
the machine will set back at Cooling.
- Pasteurization Cooling and Cooling set reached (4°C) and TEV > 15°C: on power return,
the machine will set back at Heating and will execute the Pasteurization cycle again.
- During the 30 minute pause: on power return, the 30 minute timer will restart.
- Cooling (manual mode) with temperature over 15°C: on power return, the machine will set
back at cooling mode.
