MicroClean 2
The i
3
MicroClean 2 combines Cold Jet’s proven block shaving capability giving best in class micro
particle blasting performance added with its IoT/Industry 4.0 technologies. This machine adds to
Cold Jet’s existing “smart” dry ice blasting portfolio with its data monitoring and diagnostic features
with Cold Jet CONNECT. It allows customer’s key insights on the machine’s ongoing operation while
also providing Cold Jet’s technical support staff the ability to view these operational parameters for
improved technical support.
The 7” (17.8 cm) LCD display screen with digital controls allows for easy adjustments to blast settings
to dial in the optimal set up for specific applications. The customizable recipe options allows for
a user to save these settings for future cleanings, while the screen lock feature and its password
protection gives complete control of the blasting operation regardless of the operator. The i

MicroClean 2 provides a more lightweight and compact solution that can be easily transported to
and around the job site.

Environmental Impact
Dry ice is a safe, clean, and non-toxic medium approved by the EPA, USDA, and FDA. The dry ice
used in this machine is made from reclaimed CO
2
generated from other industrial processes.
