Replacement of transmission belt

1. Dismount the transmission module, see section: 

Replacement of drum motor and 

transmission parts

2. Fig. 1 Loosen the 2 nuts 

A.

3. Remove the old belt.

4. Fig. 1 Push the new belt through the hole 

B

. Remember to turn the belt so that the 

tracks are facing the pulley.

5. Pull the belt over the transmission bearing.

6. Fig. 2 Put a screw driver through the hole 

C

 and into the opposite hole.

7. Press the screw driver upwards.

8. Tighten the belt to 225 ±25Hz / 65N.

If the replacement is done see section 

Mounting the drum motor and the 

transmission.
