Collector
1. Lift the deck (8) and hang
the collector onto its bracket.
2. Lower the deck onto the collector.
Operating instructions
Connecting the mains lead
Note:
Only use an extension lead approved for outdoor use.
1. Connect the extension lead to the socket (5) on the lawn raker and hang the cable on
the strain relief hook on the handle (2).
2. The extension lead should only be connected to a 230–240 V, 50 Hz mains outlet protected
by a 30 mA (RCD).
Start
Note:
When switching the lawn raker on, make sure that
the lawn raker does not grip the lawn and pull away from you.
Set the height adjuster (12) to the highest setting. The lawn
raker is at the highest setting when the adjuster is closest to
the ground. Press the adjuster in to move it. Make sure that
the lawn raker is on an easily worked surface when it is switched on.
Thereafter, adjust the working height to the appropriate setting.
1. Press and hold in the safety switch (4).
2. Press the start/stop lever (3) completely in towards
the handle. The lawn raker will switch on.
3. Keep holding the start/stop lever and release the safety switch.
Hold the handle with both hands.
Switching off
Turn off the mower by releasing the start/stop lever.
