Rechargeable BTE Controller Battery (A25)

Replacing Bodyworn Controller
batteries

Your Bodyworn Controller holds two AAA batteries. Cochlear

recommends rechargeable nickel/metal-hydride (NiMH) batteries, or

disposable alkaline batteries. For optimum battery life of rechargeable

batteries, use NiMH batteries of at least 800mAh capacity.
To replace the batteries:
1. Turn off your processor.
2. Firmly hold the cover and slide it down, to reveal the battery

compartment.

3. Remove the old batteries and replace with new ones.

Make sure the + and – symbols on the batteries match the + and –

symbols in the compartment.
4. Slide the cover back until it clicks into place.
