When this item is selected, the optical output is turned on and is able to output a Dolby Digital signal.
To output a Dolby Digital signal, the amplifi er or the external device must have Dolby Digital signal,
DTS and MPEG decoding.
Select this item when the DVD player is connected with a 2-channel digital stereo amplifi er. When a
Dolby Digital or MPEG disc is played, the digital port will output in PCM2-channel format.
When this item is selected, all digital coaxial and optical outputs are turned off.
