ATTACH WHEELS

Slide a wheel onto the axle with the valve stem

outward.

Using the washer and cotter pin that was set aside

earlier in these instructions, slide the washer onto
the axle and insert a cotter pin through the hole in
the end of the axle.

Using pliers, spread the ends of the cotter pin to

prevent it from falling out and to secure wheel.

Repeat the above steps to install the remaining

wheel.
