Safety
• Always use protective goggles. Use protective goggles or similar eye protection.
Never aim the air stream at yourself or anyone else.
• Protect yourself against electric shock. Do not use the compressor in damp or wet
areas or close to water.
• Pull out the plugs when the compressor is not in use. Turn off the compressor and
pull out the plug before service.
• Avoid unintentional start-ups. Do not move the compressor when it is connected
to the mains.
• Keep the compressor in a safe place. When the compressor is not in use, keep it
in a dry space out of reach to children.
• Keep the working are clean. Cluttered surfaces and tables invite accidents.
• Keep the compressor out of reach of children. All children and visitors should
remain at a safe distance from electrical machines/tools or electric cables in
the working area.
• Do not damage the mains cable. Never carry the machine by the mains cable.
Do not pull the lead, but pull out the plug when you turn off the power. Make sure
the mains lead does not come into contact with heat, oil or sharp edges.
• Use the correct extension cable. When you use extension cables outside,
only use cables that are meant for outside usage. Use extension cables with
sufficient conductor lead areas and roll out the whole cable.
• Use Common sense and be careful. Think carefully before carrying out an
operation, to make sure you perform it safely. Do not use the machine when you
are tired, under medication etc.
• Use the compressor for what it was intended. Follow all the instructions in these
guidelines. Do not allow children or inexperienced people to use the compressor.
• Regularly check that all the screws are tightened.
• Make sure that the voltage in the wall socket corresponds to the markings on
the compressor. The motor may overheat if the voltage in the wall socket is too high.
• Do not use the compressor if it is damaged. If the compressor gives off a strange
sound or strong vibrations when in use or shows signs of damage you should turn it
off immediately. Contact customer service in order to find out what is wrong with it.
• Only use recommended reserve parts. Using other reserve parts may damage
the compressor.
• The compressor should not be modified. Contact customer service before you
carry out repairs on the compressor. Carrying out your own modifications might
cause personal injury or damage to the compressor.
• Do not touch the warm parts on the compressor. You can get burnt.
