and drill a pilot hole
through the centre
of your circle. Using
a 12

) bit drill
your final access hole.
File off any rough
burrs using a
round file.
4. Refit the router and
turn the router
table right way up.
5. Fit the table winder
handle (17) through the hole in the
tabletop and push it onto the routers
winder

If necessary extend your hole using a
round file.
6. Release the plunge lock lever and use the
winder handle to set your cut depth.

BRUSH REPLACEMENT
The carbon brushes are a consu

able ite

which should be inspected periodically and
replaced when worn. Failure to do so
m
ay
result in da

age to the

otor.
1. With the router disconnected fro
m
power,
unscrew the Brush Caps located on the
front and rear of the
m
otor.
2. Re
m
ove the brushes by pulling carefully on
the protruding springs.
3. If either of the
brushes is worn
to less than 6
mm
long, they
m
ust
both be replaced
using genuine CMT
replace
m
ent brushes
- available fro
m
Authorised CMT Repair Centres.
POWER CORD REPLACEMENT
If the supply cord needs replacing, the
task
m
ust be carried out by the
m
anufacturer, the
m
anufacturer’s agent,
or an authorised service centre in order
to avoid a safety hazard.
