Troubleshooting
7.1
In the event of an error, the operator will be notified via the “Alarm Banner” and/or the
“Fault Code” popup on the HMI (Section 3.2.3). The text will give suggestions on how to
correct the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved from the operator panel, look to the
suggestions below for further guidance.
7.3 Fuses
7.3.1 If the distributor is malfunctioning, after a visual inspection, it is recommended to
test for blown fuses. Within the main electrical panel, there are four or five
cartridge style fuses, depending on distributor configuration, and one main circuit
breaker. Within the operator panel, there is one cartridge style fuse. If the fuse in
the operator panel is blown, the HMI will not be supplied power. For specifications
and location of fuses, refer to dwg
7.4
Proximity Sensors
7.4.1 If all the fuses were determined to be good, check that the proximity sensors are
functioning properly as outlined in section 2.3.15 and 2.3.16.
