Make sure that the device need to connect has started Bluetooth wireless function (if necessary).

Make sure that the distance between the terminal and the other Bluetooth device is within the
maximum Bluetooth range (10m).
Terminal and computer are not connected successfully

Make sure that the data line and terminal is compatible.

Make sure that the appropriate driver is installed on the computer, and the driver has been
updated.

Do not use damaged power cable plug or loose power outlet
Do not use wet hand to touch the power cord or pull off the charger by pulling the wire.

Please do not use terminal in Thunderstorm Weather
Do not use a battery which has been damaged or leaking.

Do not put the battery or the terminal inside or the upper of heating equipment (such as a
microwave oven, oven or heat sink). Battery overheating may explode.

Do not squeeze or puncture the battery. External high voltage for the battery may cause internal
short circuit and overheating.
