TROUBLE SHOOTING
ProBLeM:
Table is squeaking.
SOLUTION: Raise the table all the way up. Disconnect the power cord. Remove the three screws on
each side of the top portion of the shroud. After removing the screws, gently guide the top portion of
the shroud over the bottom portion. The lubrication point at the center axle should now be accessible.
Lubricate the table at designated points using Molykote G-0052Fg grease. See drawing below for
lubrication locations. To reattach the shroud, raise the top portion by hand into position and reattach
with screws. DO NOT lower the table to reattach the shroud.
ProBLeM:
Backrest does not function properly.
SOLUTION: If the headrest does not remain flat in
the down position, loosen nut “A” and
tighten nut “B.”
If headrest does not move at all, loosen
nut “B” and tighten nut “A.”
After proper function has been achieved,
tighten both nuts.

Lubricate using Molykote G-0052Fg
grease, top and bottom contact points.
