TotalRecall
The system’s memory records the identity of the last activated or malfunctioning
trigger or sensor. To identify the trigger and/or sensor held in the system’s memory:
1. With the ignition OFF, flick the PlainView switch to its latched side.
2. Press button 1/channel 1 to “arm” the system, then again to “disarm.”
3. The LED will flash 1–5 times, pause, then repeat the flash cycle 4 times.

AutoLock/AutoUnLock
For the safety of you and your passengers, your Concept 50 system automatically
locks the doors when you turn on the ignition to start the engine, and unlocks them
when you turn off the ignition. If you prefer, you may disable or re-enable this
feature, see the UltraSecure Coded Programming Mode section on pages 16-17.
Remote headlight activation OR window/sunroof closure
The system’s channel 4 output can be optionally wired and programmed by your
installer to control either remote headlight activation OR, on certain vehicles,
remote power window/sunroof closure. Please see page 8: “To remotely turn on the
headlights . . . .” If button 4/channel 4 on your remote control activates the
headlights, your installer can set the system’s built-in timer to any interval between
one second and two minutes. This will allow you to activate your vehicle’s
headlights for the duration of your choosing to illuminate your way to and from the
vehicle. All it takes is a single press of button 4 on the remote control.
SmartPowerUp II
If power to the system is ever removed and restored, SmartPowerUp II automatically
resets the system to the same state it was in when power was cut. Thus, if a thief
removes and restores power in a theft attempt, the system will instantly reset itself
to its armed state, sound the siren and flash the indicator lights. (NOTE: Even when
no power is being supplied to the system, Concept 50’s three immobilisation points
— the ignition, starter and fuel pump — remain electronically disconnected to
ensure that a thief will fail in his attempt to steal your vehicle). However, if the
system is disarmed and your mechanic interrupts power, the system will
automatically and silently be restored to disarmed mode when he reconnects power.
