If purchased directly from our website, contact us and we
will email instructions to return product. Contact can be made by email or telephone - see warranty
claims section.
When posting items back, clearly mark parcel with order number and full name. Ship unused product,
in original packaging, to address identified in our email. Keep receipt(s) or order number safe, you will
need it as proof of purchase in event of after-sales queries.
POINTS TO NOTE:
• Under Distance Selling Regulations, as a consumer you have the right to cancel your order
and return goods if we are notified within a period of 14 days after delivery of goods.
• You are responsible for shipping products back to us. Use a traceable shipping method.
• If you choose to cancel your order, we require you, the consumer, to pay the cost of returning
the item to us.
• Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check product description before
