Warranty:

Your Ramp is under warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship 

for one year from date of purchase. This warranty expresses our confidence in the 

workmanship and materials used for our products.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, CareCo will, at our discretion, 

replace the product or supply parts to remedy. This warranty does not cover device 

failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or due to normal wear and tear. The 

warranty does not extend to non-durable parts, such as rubber accessories, which 

are subject to normal wear and tear and require periodic replacement. If you have 

any queries please contact CareCo.

1.  Consideration must be taken if the ground is not level and slopes away from the 

rise where the ramp will be placed. 

2.  All ramps should be used only with assistance of a knowledgeable and capable 

caregiver. 

3.  Never exceed the rated capacity of your ramp. 

4.  Use caution at all times when loading and unloading. 

5.  Only load and unload on a stable and level surface. 

6.  Never stand in the path of equipment or vehicles. 

7.  Do not leave the ramp unattended. 

8.  Ramp surfaces will have less traction when wet - use caution. 

9.  Always fold and secure the ramp before carrying.

10. Always follow manufacturers recommendations for chair or scooter. 

 

11. Do not exceed a 1 in 6 gradient.
