Saving a PPS file

For best support, PowerPoint slideshows should be saved as PPS files. Before saving the file, you will need to make sure
the following settings are correct.

Click Slide Show > Set Up Show:

Ensure show type is set to ‘browse by an individual’ (window) and that ‘show scroll bar is

unticked:

Ensure slides are set to advance automatically and save the file as PPS.
