Complete these steps to assemble and install the cover conduit:
1. Locate the two (2) pipes for each section of cover conduit and insert the swaged end of one pipe

into the plain end of the other. Each cover conduit consists of one (1) 190S099D pipe and one (1)

190P0795D pipe.

2. Secure the splice with a Tek screw and use duct tape to cover the splice and screw.
3. Measure 36" from each end and mark the pipe. This is the center of the U-bolt. Drill a 7/16" hole

through the pipe on each side of the center mark. Use the width of the U-bolt to determine the

distance between the holes.

IMPORTANT:

All drilled conduit holes on each conduit MUST align.

4. Beginning at either side of the gate, insert one cover conduit into the cover pocket in the cover skirt.

See the dashed line in the photo below.

ATTENTION:

Additional help is needed when feeding the conduit into each pocket.

5. Take another conduit assembly, move to the next pocket and insert the conduit into that pocket.

Repeat the procedure until all cover conduits are installed in a pocket.

NOTE:

Installing a section of conduit above the gate opening is optional and depends on what the

shelter is used for.

These instructions do not install this section of the cover conduit.
