QH1065 ratchets are used to stretch and secure the main cover in place. Ratchets are positioned on the

outside of each of the ground post and are attached to the posts using 5" bolts (FAG369B) and FALB04B

nuts. The customer drills a 7/16” hole through the ground post for each ratchet-mounting bolt.

Attach two

(2) ratchets per ground post.

1. Measure approximately 18" down from the bracket on the ground post where the top horizontal tube

of the sidewall frame is located, drill the mounting hole, and attach the first ratchet. Use one (1)

FAG369B hex bolt for each 2" ratchet.

2. Measure down approximately 30" and attach the second ratchet as shown below.
3. Repeat the above steps to attach all remaining ratchets to the ground posts.

NOTE:

Attach ratchets in the same position on each ground post.

4. After attaching all ratchets, continue by installing the main cover.

INSTALL THE RATCHETS

ATTENTION:

Straps come

down into the ratchets at an

angle. Angle ratchets as shown

for easiest ratchet operation.
