2.7.5.1 Connection Type
Options are as follows:
•
NONE- Standalone. The codec directly manages all H.323 calls.
•
COLLABORATE Central – The system routes calls through the
COLLABORATE Central server: the server manages H.323 calls.
•
Gatekeeper – The system routes all H.323 calls through another third-
party gatekeeper: this third-party gatekeeper manages all H.323 calls.
2.7.5.2 Server Address
The IP Address of the COLLABORATE Central server.
2.7.5.3 User Name and User Password
The user name and password you use to sign into the COLLABORATE Central
server.
2.7.5.4 User Number
Your user number used for identification on the COLLABORATE Central server.
If you do not enter a number, the COLLABORATE Central server automatically
generates a number.
2.7.5.5 Connection Mode
Two protocols are available to connect your call.
•
H.323
For LAN network connections only when the connection type is known.
If NAT/Firewall option is enabled and set to Manual.
•
H.460
For network connections over Firewall/NAT only when the connection
type is known. Manually selected.
2.7.5.6 Tunneling Port
For ClearOne Proprietary Tunneling. Manually selected.
Note the following:
•
The System Administrator configures the default tunneling port
(see NetPoint/ COLLABORATE Central Administration
Configuration Manager).
