Assembling the Cast-In-Place Template
To assemble the template
Unpack the template hardware from the shipping kit.
Place the four bracket members on the ground, arranged as follows:
•
Place the two long brackets parallel with each other, flat side down.
•
Place the two short brackets between (and perpendicular to) the long members, flat side down, with the
conduit entry box bracket on the right.

Assemble the Clearfield cast-in-place template as follows.
Attach the short and long
brackets together using
the eight supplied screws,
as shown.
Tighten all screws to
complete the template
assembly.
