Short circuit dual LED. Green: normal operation, Red: Overload.
Note: When an external power supply is used, the red LED flashes red during
overload. Otherwise, the red LED is always on during overload.
An overload state might arise if, for example, you have too many beltpacks
connected or a cable short circuit.
