Cleaning the HEPA exhaust air

lter
The HEPA exhaust air
fi
lter is situated behind the protective grill on the back of the
vacuum cleaner.
1. Pull up the exhaust hatch latch (
D
) and remove the hatch
simultaneously.
2. Remove the
fi
lter from the
fi
lter compartment and tap
it out over a garbage bin. If necessary, clean it with a
soft brush. You can also rinse the
fi
lter out under clear,
lukewarm warm water.
Attention
: Do not use any cleaning products!
Next, shake off any surplus water and leave the
fi
lter to air dry completely before
replacing it in the device.
3. Brush or wipe the
fi
lter compartment if required.
4. Place the dry
fi
lter back in the
fi
lter compartment.
5. Then place the exhaust hatch in the device and close the hatch. The hatch must
audibly lock into place.

Cleaning the housing and nozzles
• If needed, clean the housing with a damp, soft cloth.
• Regularly remove hair and lint from the nozzles.
Please note the instructions in the section “Cleaning the turbo nozzle” when cleaning
the turbo nozzle.
Cleaning the turbo nozzle
1. If hair or
fl
uff becomes caught in the cogs of the turbo nozzle
you can open the cog cover on the base of the nozzle.
2. Pull out any hair or dirt caught in the cogs.
3. Close the cog cover again.
