Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps below, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!

be switched on.
The mains plug is not in-
serted correctly in the plug
socket.
Insert the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
Try another
plug socket.
No mains voltage is present.
Check the fuse of the mains
connection.
The fuse in
the fuse box is
triggered.
Too many devices connected
to the same circuit.
Reduce the number of devic-
es in the circuit.
The performance is
weak.
Is the exhaust air valve in the
handle open?
Close the exhaust air valve.
Is the dust container too full? Empty the dust container.
Are the

lters or the device
dirty?
Clean the dust container, the
motor
fi
lters and the HEPA
exhaust air
fi
lter.
Is the nozzle, the telescop-
ic tube or the suction hose
clogged?
Switch off the device, pull
the mains plug out of the
plug socket and remove the
blockage.
The On / Off switch is set to
MIN
.
Turn the On / Off switch
towards
MAX
to increase the
suction force.
Dust escapes from
the device during
cleaning.
Is the dust container not
closed correctly and / or not
(correctly) inserted into the
device?
Close the lid or correct the

of the dust container.

Clean the dust container, the

The mains cable
