3. As soon as the control lamp goes out for the first time, the temperature has
been reached. Now place the bread or meat on to the forks and dip them into
the liquid. They should be dipped in for between two and five minutes.
WARNING: the device is not suitable for cheese fondue!
Cleaning
• Always remove the mains lead before cleaning!
• Clean the outside with a washing-up cloth.
• The steam filter integrated into the lid can be cleaned from time to time in
soapy water. It should only be inserted when dry, and can be removed by relea-
sing the four screws on the inside of the lid and taking off the metal part.
• The vapour filter should be replaced after deep fat frying has been carried out
about 30 times.
Replacing the Deep Frying Fat
Change the fat after deep frying has been carried out 10 to 15 times. Heat the fat
on a low level until it has melted or let it cool down sufficiently. Dispose of the fat
properly!

purchase (receipt).
Faulty appliances will be repaired or replaced free of charge if these are attribu-
ted to faulty material or manufacture.
The guarantee will be invalidated if the appliances are tampered with.
For repairs within the guarantee period, please take the complete appliance with
the receipt to the place where it was purchased.
