Config Memory

The config memory contains a number of 256-byte blocks. Each contains CMK-2 configuration information.
The message formats are:

F0 00 20 1C

04 01 03 aa aa aa ss ss F7

Request Config Memory data. This message should be sent by an external sequencer or by the CMK-2 config
application.

dd:

identifies the device which is responding.

aa aa aa

: starting offset (21-bit address) of the config block (packed 7 bits).

ss ss:

number of bytes of original data to be retrieved (packed 14 bits)
