• Protect your hearing. To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high
volumes levels for long periods.
• Do not use the appliance if it or its mains lead is damaged in any way.
• The appliance should only be repaired by qualified service personnel.
• It is completely normal for the appliance to become warm during use.
• The mains lead must be changed if damaged. This is to prevent the risk of electric
shock or fire and should only be carried out by the manufacturer, authorised
service facility or a qualified tradesman.

Battery operation
1. Remove the battery cover on the bottom of the appliance.
2. Lay the battery removal ribbon on the bottom of the battery holder.
3. Insert 4 × AAA/LR03 batteries. Note the polarity markings in the battery holder to
ensure correct battery insertion.
4. Refit the battery cover.
