9. Other settings
A number of other settings can also be made.
• To set the incoming call signal: RINGER - EXT RING.
• To set the volume of the ring signal: RINGER – RING VOL.
•
To set the key tone and indicator for low battery and out of range:
TONE – KEY TONE/LOW BATT/OUTRANGE.
• To set the equalizer: EQLIZER – NATURAL, BASS or TREBLE.
• To set the base station volume: SEL BASE.
• To change the handset language: LANGUAGE.
• To rename the handset: HS NAME.
• To display information in standby mode: DISPLAY – HS NAME/TIME.

To set the Auto Answer so you can answer by just lifting the handset:
AUTO ANS – ON/OFF.
• To set the direct memory keys, M1–M3: MEM KEY.
• Registering (Pairing) the handset with multiple base stations: SEL BASE.
