Scented oils
The humidifier has a drawer for holding scented oil.
a) Open the drawer (7).
b) Add a few drops of oil to the fabric pad inside the drawer.
c) Close the drawer.
Note:
Wash the scented oil drawer before putting the humidifier away for storage.
Warning:
Never add essential oils or other additives to the water in the water tank.
Care and maintenance
Warning:
Unplug the mains lead from the wall socket before cleaning.
Cleaning the exterior
Clean the exterior of the product using a soft, moist cloth. Use a mild detergent, never use solvents or
strong, abrasive cleaning agents.
Cleaning the water tank
• Any water remaining in the tank must be poured out before the water tank is refilled. Rinse the tank
thoroughly if the water has sat in the tank for more than 7 days.
• Take this opportunity to also clean the inside of the base unit with clean water and a brush while the
water tank is removed. Do not touch the atomiser or heating element with hard or sharp objects.
Storage
• Empty the water tank completely and wipe away any remaining water from the top of the base unit
using soft kitchen towel.
• Store the humidifier in a dry environment at room temperature.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that the product should not be disposed of with general household
waste. This applies throughout the entire EU. In order to prevent any harm to the environment
or health hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal, the product must be handed in for
recycling so that the material can be disposed of in a responsible manner. When recycling
your product, take it to your local collection facility or contact the place of purchase. They will
ensure that the product is disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
