IMPORTANT
Never operate mode switches 1 or 2 whilst the trigger is depressed and the drill is still running,
doing so could result in damage to the gearbox, and render the drill inoperative, also may
lead to expensive repairs.

6. Mode Selection Switch 1 ( ‘A’ Rotation/’B’ Non Rotation)
•
To select normal operating mode, (drilling/
hammer drilling) turn the mode selection
switch to position ‘A’ Fig. 4.
•
To select Hammer mode only, for chiselling
etc, turn the mode selection switch 1, to
position ‘B’ Fig. 4. Mode selection switch 2,
must be set to position ‘B’ Fig. 5.
