FUNCTIONS
SWITCHING ON/OFF
1. Press the green ON (I) button to
start the band saw.
2. Press the red OFF (O) button to
stop the band saw.
NOTE: The blade may continue to
rotate for a short time before
coming to a complete stop.
UPPER BLADE GUARD ADJUSTMENT
1. Rotate the blade guard
adjustment knob:
• Clockwise to raise the blade
guard.
• Anti-clockwise to lower the
blade guard.
NOTE: The blade guard should be
positioned as close as
possible to the top of the
material the blade is cutting.
USING THE FENCE
• The rip fence can be used on
both sides of the blade.The
scale indicates the distance
from the saw blade to the
fence.
1. Place the fence over the guide
rail. and into the required position.
and then press down the lock
lever to clamp the rip fence in
position.
WARNING: Always use a push stick when straight cutting small work
pieces using the fence;
