Hydraulic cylinders – High-pressure hydraulic circuit

Installing the grain tank unloading tube swing
hydraulic cylinder

1. Bolt the cylinder with bolt (17), lock nuts and

washers to the unloading tube chute. Lock up the
yoke (16).

2. Bolt the hydraulic lines to the cylinder.

Fill in hydraulic oil at the filler plug (S) of tank (T)
– see page 9.2.3,

Filling instructions when

changing the hydraulic oil

3. Start the diesel engine and operate the cylinder

several times until the air has been completely
expelled.

Remove the hydraulic hoses from the cylinder and
seal tightly.

Remove the hex. bolt M 12 x 120 from the cylinder and
remove the bushing, the compression spring and the
cylinder barrel.
