From the Home screen, press the [Menu Tab] Tab to open the Menu tab then select the [Security]
button. This will take you to the Security Properties where you can Log On / Off. Admins or the
Default Users have access to be able to add, delete, or change and Security options/rights.

If logged on as an Admin, you will be able to Add or Remove a User from the list by pressing the [User
List] button located in the Navigation Toolbar. Then use the buttons on the Function Toolbar to
complete the task needed . Admin’s can also Enable or Disable the Security feature.

Message defaults are used to set the initial properties for all new messages. This saves you from having
to reset all of the parameters for a given application each time a new message is created. Select the
[Menu Tab] tab then select the [Messages] icon and then select the [Message Defaults]
button in the Navigation Bar as shown below.
信息默认用于设置所有新信息的原始属性。这可以节省在某
