Configuring the WAP2000 Access Point

Configuring Wireless Settings

Cisco WAP2000 Wireless-G Access Point with Power Over Ethernet Administration Guide

STEP 3

To automatically configure the time settings so that the access point obtains the
time from a public time server:

a. Click

NTP

b. Select a time zone from the

Time Zone

drop-down menu.

c. If you are using the access point in a location that observes daylight saving

time,

check the

Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes

check box.

d. To use a local NTP server, click

Enabled

. The default is

Disabled

In the NTP Server IP field, enter the IP address of your NTP Server.
