Torch
Torch allows you to view traffic flowing through an interface. You can select the interface, and which information to collect.
You can specify a source or destination address range, or leave these fields blank for all addresses. You can specify by port or
protocol as well.
•
Interface—Select which interface to listen to. You can specify the WAN port (ether - 01 - gateway - WAN), the main bridge
(bridge - operations), individual ports, etc.
•
Entry timeout—how long each bit of information is displayed. If you have too many entries, shorten the time.
•
Protocol—select a specific protocol to view entries for.
•
Port—select a specific service to look for. You can select a service from the list, or enter a port number.
•
VLAN ID—search for traffic on a specific VLAN
•
DSCP—Search for traffic with a specific Differentiated Services Code Point values. Used in QoS situations.
