7. Guarantee
Terms and conditions of guarantee
The statutory warranty periods of 12 months from purchase
date / invoice date of the commercial end customer apply
for our devices.
Assertion
In the event of a warranty or guarantee case we request that
you send the complete device together with the invoice free
to our Complaints Department.
Warranty or guarantee claim
Claims arise solely in respect to material or manufacturing
errors as well as the exclusively intended use of the device.
Wearing parts are not included in guarantee claims. All claims
shall become void by the installation of parts manufactured by
third parties. In case of improper handling and storage as well
as in case of obvious failure to follow the operating manual.
8. EC Declaration of Conformity
We hereby declare, that the device below based on its design
and construction as well as the version circulated by us Com-
plies with the relevant, basic safety and health requirements of
the EC Directives.
This declaration shall become invalid if a modification is made
to the device without consultation and agreement with us.
