Test Speed (km/h):

This is an estimate of the speed at which the vehicle
was travelling when braking was commenced. It is
calculated from Average Deceleration and Stopping
Distance.

Brake Efficiency:

This  is  the  average  brake  efficiency  figure  -  an
expression  of  braking  performance  (%).  It  is
calculated  from  Test  Speed  and  Stopping  Distance
and  can  be  compared  with  some  statutory
requirements.

It should NOT be used in the UK for the statutory
MOT Testing (refer to the Peak Deceleration on
the top of the previous page).
