The 4G modem installed by default is:

Teltonika RUT240

Modem overview

This device allows to the Charge Point connect over 4G networks to remotely
view or manage the Charge Point status. RUT240 is part of the RUT2xx
series of compact mobile routers with high speed wireless and Ethernet
connections.
