3.2 Emergency Stop

3.3 Quick Shift
Quick Shift allows easy and effective
adjustments to speed and incline to
accommodate your exercise during workout.
Speed Quick Shift
Press Quick Shift up/down to increase speed
or decrease speed.
Incline Quick Shift
Press Quick Shift up/down to adjust incline
level.

3.4 Body Position
WARNING:
Walking or running backwards is prohibited.
Do NOT lean too far forward or back. The correct position is with your head up, shoulders
aligned with your hips, arms loose with elbows at 90
°
, looking straight ahead.
The stepping pace must be regular, with legs and feet parallel to the treadmill centre line.
